voteFOX Momentum

Judge Fox normally posts to the campaign website to keep us up to date. While he is out refueling Air Fox One for yet another trip we wanted to catch you up on the campaign’s progress. Over the last eight months campaigning Tim has often said he believes if he stays on his side of the bench in the courtroom that all sides should be able to support him. He has carried that concept into his nonpartisan campaigning. At every speaking opportunity, whether to Democrats, Republicans, Tea Party, or independent groups Judge Fox has delivered the same, consistent message. It is an honest, forthright message about his work ethic, the work ethic of his staff, professionalism, his gratitude for the job he presently has, and the reasons he thinks he would make a good Supreme Court Justice.

Tim has been right, and the voteFOX Momentum is starting to really roll. Over 350 attorneys statewide have authorized the use of their names in connection with his campaign. More than 500 individuals and businesses, large and small, have contributed to the campaign.

Tim is the only judicial candidate in any race in the State who is being supported by both the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and Labor. Last week he handily won a straw poll conducted by the Washington County Senior Democrats. That same week a special committee of the state Republican Party chosen to vet the qualifications of all of the judicial candidates determined that Tim is the preferred candidate in his race. The reason given had nothing to do with partisan politics, it was because he was determined to have the most trial experience. And just today Judge Fox received the AR Times endorsement.

We’re not sure we’ve ever seen a judicial candidate who has received the broad range of support that Judge Fox is enjoying. He has applied himself just as hard to being a good public servant as he did during the decades he was in private practice. There are many reasons he has twice been voted Judge of the Year in his practice area by the attorneys who appear before him. He believes in our legal system, and has expressed his pride in the sense of civic duty shown by the men and women who have served in the more than 250 jury trials he’s conducted since first elected. We’re not sure where he found time to teach on the faculty of the National Judicial College, to be asked to teach new Arkansas judges, to receive awards for his programs for the AR Bar Association, and to become the first judge in Arkansas history to earn a Master of Judicial Studies. But with the support of his family and friends he’s done all of that and more.

Early voting starts this upcoming Monday, May 3rd. The judicial races are down ballot so it is very important that you vote for Tim and encourage all of your family, friends, and business acquaintances to do the same.
